Lori Goler leads all aspects of people strategy and operations at Meta, including recruiting, people development, compensation and benefits, performance, DEI and the company's future of work strategy. She joined the company in 2008 when Meta's global team was approximately 500 people, focused on the Facebook app. Since then, the company has grown to include Instagram, WhatsApp, Threads, Reality Labs, and Meta AI. Lori sits down with Dean Jeff Brock and discusses her career journey, from startups to big corporations, and how she appreciates the collaborative and learning environment that encompasses Meta.  Lori notes that AI continues to be integrated in every Meta domain and concludes by graciously answering questions from a full audience of students, faculty, and alumni from a wide variety of disciplines.
