Okay, strictly speaking it's not a knife. But it's sharp and it's made of steel, so it's pretty darn close! In this video knife maker Walter Sorrells shows a ridiculously simple project -- how to make a bo-shuriken, or Japanese throwing dart -- from a piece of rebar. Three different methods are shown, including one which requires no power tools at all. In a second video, Walter will show the hand forging of a more sophisticated shuriken.
