Good compliance policies are instrumental in any compliance program because they provide clarity on the organisation's position and expectations with respect to various subjects and regulatory requirements. It is important that a policy is drafted in a way that is clear, easy to understand and above all else empowers the employees to act in the desired manner. This video explains how to structure a policy as well as tips to ensure that the policy is adhered to.
