Materials
1 tablespoon of sugar (20gr)
1 pack of dry yeast (10gr)
1 glass of milk (200ml)
1 glass of water (200ml)
1 glass of oil (200ml)
5.5 cups of flour 660gr (add in moderation)
1 teaspoon of salt (8g)

For internal mortar
feta cheese
parsley

For the above
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of milk
