In Chapter 9 of 20 in his 2015 Capture Your Flag interview, bestselling author and inspirational speaker Simon Sinek answers "How are you using online education to teach others to present ideas that inspire action?" Sinek shares what he has learned about online learning by publishing courses with his team and with partners such as Skillshare. He finds that online education is useful and notes that the learning experience is fully realized with human interaction. He compares this to why business trips and live theatre will never be replaced fully by videoconferences and recorded media, respectively. He notes that, for learning, it is about ways online education can enhance the overall journey and complement the presence, performance, and interaction that comes with the in-person experience. Simon Sinek is an author of multiple best selling books "Start With Why", "Leaders Eat Last", "Together is Better", and "Find Your Why". His next book is titled "The Infinite Game". In addition to writing, Sinek is an acclaimed public speaker and an adjunct professor at Columbia
University.
