I replaced the factory horn with a duel horn in my 2017 Honda Ridgeline RTL. It just wasn't loud enough. Easy to do using just 2 parts plus 2 bolts, nuts, and washers.

I used the College Hills Honda Horn Adapter / Splitting wire (part # 0S03A) an $8.50 part.

I used the PIAA 85115 Superior Bass Horn (330Hz & 400Hz) from amazon a $54.25 part.

I also used 2 small bolts, nuts and washers that I had. I think they were 6mm sized.
