We discussed what makes Phil and his wife Trish so passionate about animal conservation, the incredible work they have been doing to save the rhinos and Phil's unique love for bird watching.

Phil and I also spoke about the documentary about him which is appropriately titled, 'The Voice of Cycling' and how the documentary came about.
