The masses are trained to think or to believe that when you or I or anyone else says Spirit, they're talking about what the masses know as religion. Spirit means breath and nothing else. Spirituality is essentially the art of breathing. This practice activates the cells which have memory in them. It's akin to what you might term as body washing baptism.
Consider the act of fasting which cleanses the cells. Similarly, breathing is a method of energizing them. This is crucial, especially when oxygen is not reaching vital areas, like the pituitary gland. This very act of breathing serves a purpose: it activates or stimulates our cells to acquire knowledge. This knowledge, termed as "gnosis", is a philosophy. It is a rebinding to the memories that reside in our cells, memories of our ancient lineage.
