In this video I show how I replace the rear shocks in my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 truck. This job is very simple and can be done with just a 21MM sock t and a ratchet. Penetrating oil will help loosen any rusted or old bolts and I do recommend removing the bottom tire for that back shock. I didn’t have the tool from the jack to remove the spare wheel, so I painfully did 1/4in turns a million times. There is a small area it gives you to work with if the spare is still in and you can’t move the tire. It is not that fun, but is doable.. hope this video helps!
