2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion
A pinch of salt
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
3 cloves garlic
1 small cabbage
1 serrano or jalapeno chile
411 g chopped tomatoes with juice
6 eggs

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Salt, pepper to taste
fresh parsley or cilantro

5-6 eggs
