Trataka Meditation to improve eyesight & build focus | 10 minutes Candle Gazing
Today we will be practicing breathing with candle gaze or Tratak meditation known as Candle Gazing Meditation, a transformative journey into the ancient practice of Tratak. This meditation is a powerful technique to enhance concentration, improve eyesight, improve clarity, build focus, calm the nervous system and improve eyesight. For this practice you will sit in a comfortable position and stare at the candle on the screen at eye level without blinking, for as long as you can. Once you are ready, let's hop onto the mat and get going!

For best experience:
1. Practice early morning or in the evening before bedtime.
You can start with 10 minutes and slowly take the practice to 30 minutes over a few months.
2. Remove your spectacles/lenses before you begin the practice
3. Keep your palms on your knees, facing downwards during this practice. You don't need to hold any mudra during the practice.
4. Practice in a dark room.

Try this practice for 14 consecutive days and see the results improve your clarity and concentration, reduce the number of thoughts in your head and feel more grounded with this simple yet powerful meditation practice 🧘🏾
