Thursday April 18th, 1912: across the globe telegraphs are rattling non-stop and newspapers run with dramatic headlines. Incredibly it seems that the White Star Line’s newest and finest liner has sunk with an enormous loss of life. The following days would bring the full gamut of human emotion; extraordinary relief, boundless grief - even unbridled rage. It was the wake of a tragedy - a sad arrival.
