Sakura Koi Watercolors are Japanese Paints from the Osaka based company SAKURA COLOR PRODUCTS CORPORATION.
I believe these are more dedicated for school use. The quality of this line is its vibrancy and its ability to spread really well on paper similar to the Sakura Mat Watercolors.
