I hope you liked my red light therapy dosing video - it's not an answer you may have expected and I'm a bit disappointed with it as well. I would have loved to give you an easy tool to determine dosing once and for all, for everyone, in a simple recommendation such as "use panel X for Y amount of time" but that's not possible as I explain the video.
