UPDATE FROM VIRGIN: I received an email offering us an additional $300 back on our credit card for the electrical issues and the move. We also received an email with the title "Blackout Compensation" with the $350 credit for a future sailing. We will not be using it. Our sailing was January 24 - 28th, 2024 on the Scarlet Lady. So much to love about this cruise line and my sincere hope is that sharing this story will bring change. Because I am an incurable optimist.
