Raspberry Pi- All the best finding one. I would recommend to check with your friends if someone has it because right now there is scarcity of RPi in India!
Any Raspberry Pi should work. It needs to have inbuilt wifi.

If you want to use this setup for a TV then you must use an external TV stick to feed the signal to Raspberry Pi with HDMI splitter.
