This video shows the basic construction of my latest subwoofer project based on the Epique E150HE-44 5-1/2” subwoofer driver by Dayton Audio and Parts Express. It is a dual 8” passive radiator design with 100 grams added to each PR in a 10” cube (outer dimensions) constructed of ½” material. I ran the two voice coils in series for an 8 ohm load.
It is AMAZING! Both in its ability to play LOW and LOUD, as well as CLEAR in the middle frequencies.
