This little (and I mean very small) package turned up in the office and I just had to give it the review and unboxing treatment.

The box is quite plain as we come to expect with Heusinkveld but inside we have the usual colourful stickers, mounting brackets for the shifter, an assortment of arm and handle options and the shifter itself which has a very small footprint, useful seeing as I'm in a cupboard under the stairs!

Fitting the shifter handle and arm is just a matter of screwing the things together. The mounting option I've picked is a straight plate for rig mounting, for this you have to undo the screws on one side. These are pretty tight but the do come off.

Once fitted, plug in the supplied USB cable to your shifter and computer and Windows will detect it as another gaming device.

In game it feels very authentic with enough mechanical resistance for you to know when you are activating the shift.

This little device isn't for everyone but if you are looking for a dedicated unit that won't break the bank then this is almost certainly the shifter for you.
