There are lots of 'parts' to a digital art setup. When you make digital art, you need a computer, which needs to have a processor and ram and a graphics processor and a hard drive. You need display, maybe multiple displays, you need a keyboard and a mouse and probably a drawing tablet. These are the obvious choices, but they may not be the MOST IMPORTANT choice for you.
