This plugin solved mixing in the box for me! There are plenty of channel strip plugins out there, but this one is my personal favorite.

After years of mixing on an analog console (SSL 4k G+), I had a hard time making ITB mixes sound great until I started using the Waves SSL Channelstrip. The EQ, compression, user interface and overall familiarity made the jump from analog to digital a lot more attainable.
