🥚 Egg Salad Avocado Sandwich
➥ 2 boiled eggs
➥ 1/8 onion
➥ 1/2 avocado
➥ 1 small potato
➥ salt
➥ 1 tsp mustard
➥ 2 slices of bread
➥ 1/8 tomato
➥ handful spinach
1. In a food processor, blend your eggs, avocado, onions, and small potato with salt and mustard.
2. Assemble your sandwich with the egg mixture and tomato and spinach

🍗 Korean Braised Chicken (찜닭)
➥ 1 carrot
➥ 1 potato
➥ 1/4 onion
➥ 2 green onion
➥ chicken legs
➥ 2 tbsp soy sauce
➥ 1 tbsp mirin
➥ 1 tbsp sesame oil
➥ 1 tbsp sugar
➥ 2 cloves of minced garlic
➥ hot water
➥ black pepper
➥ flat noodles
➥ rice
1. In a pot, place your chicken legs and add in hot water with your seasonings and let it boil
2. When your water comes to a boil, add in your vegetables and noodles

🍚 Deconstructed Kimchi Fried Rice
➥ 1 zucchini
➥ 1/8 onion
➥ EVOO
➥ 1 egg
➥ kimchi
➥ 1 tbsp soy sauce
➥ 1 tsp agave
➥ 1/2 avocado
➥ seaweed
1. In a pan, fry your vegetables then set aside
2. Then fry a sunny side up egg then set aside
3. In a pan, fry your kimchi
4. Assemble your bowl and top off with avocado and seaweed

🍛 Veggie Curry Noodle Dish
➥ 1/8 onion
➥ 1 zucchini
➥ 5 small potatoes
➥ 2 carrots
➥ 2 cabbage leaves
➥ curry cube
➥ hot water
➥ jajang guksu
➥ 1 turkey patty
1. In a pan lightly fry your vegetables
2. When your vegetables have some color, add in your water and curry block and let it boil
3. Once soup is boiling, add in your noodles and enjoy!

🍌Banana Protein Matcha Bowl
➥ 1 frozen banana
➥ 1/4 cup milk
➥ 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
➥ 1 tbsp matcha
➥ blueberries
➥ hemp seeds
➥ 7 days cereal
1. In a food processor, mix your banana, milk, protein powder, and matcha powder
2. Place in a bowl and top with toppings!

🐟 Korean Mackerel Stew (고등어무조림)
➥ 1/8 korean radish
➥ 1/2 onion
➥ 8-10 garlic cloves
➥ 3 green onions
➥ 1/2 cup soy sauce
➥ 1 tbsp red chili flakes
➥ 1 tbsp sugar
➥ 1 tbsp minced ginger
➥ 1 mackerel
➥ 2 cups of water
➥ bunch of perilla leaves
➥ rice
➥ ssamjang
1. Prep your vegetables
2. Prep your sauce with soy sauce, red chili flakes, sugar, and minced ginger
3. In a pot, place your radish at the bottom then your mackerel and place your seasoning on top and let it boil until cooker
4. Enjoy as a ssam with ssamjang and perilla leaves

🍕Heart Shaped Pizza
➥ 1/4 onion
➥ 1/4 bell pepper
➥ 1/4 red bell pepper
➥ 10 slices of milk bread
➥ marinara sauce
➥ cheese
1. Prep your vegetables
2. Assemble your toppings on top of your bread and let it bake in the oven until cheese is melted

🍣 Salmon Cucumber Roll
➥ 1 cucumber
➥ sushi grade salmon
➥ sushi seaweed
➥ rice
➥ buldak sauce
1. Prep you cucumber
2. Assemble your roll by laying down your rice on a piece of seaweed and add in your toppings
3. Roll and cut into smaller pieces to enjoy!

🥩 Bulgogi Bowl (불고기 덮밥)
➥ 1/2 onion
➥ rib eye beef
➥ salt
➥ 2 tbsp soy sauce
➥ 1 tbsp mirin
➥ 1 tbsp sake
➥ 1/2 cup of water
➥ 1 egg
➥ steamed broccoli
➥ furikake
1. Prep your vegetables
2. In a pan, fry your onions
3. Once you see color, add in your beef along with sugar, soy sauce, mirin, sake, and water.
4. Fry an egg and set aside
5. Assemble your bowl with a side of broccoli
