A quick and easy method to grow hydrangea from cuttings: softwood tip propagation. Normally, I start my plant propagation from semi-hardwood sections. When I made my video on "4 Easy Plants to Grow from Cuttings" (   • 4 Easy Plants to Grow from Cuttings  ) the hydrangeas callused well, but they were slower than other varieties to root - so in that video, I began a trial with softwood tips. Success! The new cuttings rooted faster, and kept most of their foliage - meaning they'll resume growth and make a finished plant sooner. Also, I will include a quick clarification on how to propagate thornless blackberries (semi-hardwood).
