Craving some whole fried fish I had to go out and get some big perch. I headed to the lake using a little jig shooting docks for these big bluegill and crappie. It took a while to figure the fish out but we caught a few here and there. The fish seemed to be very high in the water column. I ended up with a few nice black crappie and a couple of big bluegill. I took my Cath home and fried up some crappie fillets and fried the bluegill whole. I remember frying whole fish as a kid and there is nothing better than the tails.
