Well, my mind is made up now- these things are junk. I know I'll get flamed for saying so, but I just can't ever recommend this model of pistol. I don't care if I get called a gun snob, or an elitist anymore. As far as I'm concerned, it's a matter of your own safety- buy a pistol that functions properly, and won't blow up in your hand like cheap pot metal. Am I a snob for saying so? Maybe. But I'm speaking intelligently, not swearing, and I'll let the viewer decide who's presenting their side of the Hi Point issue with more class and thought-out opinion.
