Today I'm sharing my low carb Asian lettuce cups with vegan chicken and cauliflower fried rice! It's savory, delicious and filling. I hope you guys enjoy!

Low carb Asian peanut sauce:
2 TBS peanut butter
3 TBS Bragg’s
1 TBS coconut aminos
1 TBS water
1 TBS rice vinegar
1 TBS Lankanto maple syrup
1 TBS sesame oil
1 tsp sriracha
1 TBS ketchup
1 clove of garlic minced
Vegan chicken:
4 cups of water
1 TBS no chicken bouillon
2 cups soy curls
2 tsp vegan chicken seasoning
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 TBS minced ginger
4 cloves minced garlic
Cauliflower fried rice:
1 head of cauliflower cut into florets
1/2 onion, diced
1 TBS minced ginger
4 cloves of minced garlic
1 TBS sesame oil
2 TBS coconut aminos
1 tsp Braggs liquid aminos
