Today, we have some excellent mental health and self-care tips from our in-house fertility counselor and licensed clinical social worker Melissa Kelleher. She helps patients navigate stressful decisions, deal with difficult test results and offers guidance to anyone on a fertility journey.

🧘Breathing techniques (the Calm app and happy Not Perfect are her faves)
🤩Positive affirmations
📝Make a list of things that make you feel better or people in your life who make you feel safe
🧰Set up a physical “toolbox” with items that reduce stress and bring comfort, like photos, notes, etc.
