On 8 July 2000, JK Rowling was joined by ITN's Nicholas Glass as she boarded the Hogwarts Express on Patform 9 3/4 from King's Cross station. Marking the release of the fourth instalment of the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, Rowling told Glass about the process of writing the book, which was the largest in the series so far. She spoke about how attaining international fame and staggering wealth had changed her life. And she discussed the progress made in producing the first film adaptation of the series, and the difficulty of finding a person to play Harry Potter.
