In this video, I demonstrate the Kata Fudo (Motionless) from Shinden Fudo Ryu, one of the Nine Schools of Ninjuistu.

This is one of my favourite Kata from one of my favourite schools. Shinden Fudo Ryu is a samurai school of martial arts. The postures are strong, and many strikes are used.

Im showing Fudo it emphasizes the use of shuko. Using shuko (or any other tool) must become part of your movement. We don't want to be lost thinking about what and how a tool is used, so we put hours into our training.
