This is my second Rubies cowl. I ordered it from Amazon and payed less than $50. It is a latex mask. Unlike the newly released 89 cowl, it does have a slit and Velcro closures in the rear. The neck and collar are attached and molded. If you are a Batman fan that has a hard time finding masks that are too little, this one is for you! I think if you have a 24 to 25 inch head, it will fit you fine. My head is 23.5 and I will need padding. Nicely sculpted, thicker, yet flexible mask.
