disclaimer : please do not compare your diet to mine, this video is really just to give you guys meal inspo, i didn't show ALL of the food i ate because i wanted to stick to the 3 meals/day mainly so don't think i only ate what i filmed. i always try to think of food as fuel for my body and something fun that i can make my own rather than as a certain number of calories i have to stick too so again, please don't compare your diet to mine. you're all perfect as you are! 🤍

hello lovely people of the internet!
today's video is about one of my favourite things aka food featuring a mini vlog too. i honestly am super proud with how this video turned out, i really put a lot of effort into getting all of the ~aesthetic~ shots for you guys and putting all of my time into perfecting the editing so i REALLY hope you all enjoy. even the thumbnail took me like an hour to make ahaha but i had so much fun working on this. obviously this is a quite long video and i'm not sure how many people will watch it all the way through but if you do, you're the best!! i was always hesitant to make a "what i eat" video because i don't consider myself to be a really good chef but i still managed to make some pretty good meals hehe. i think this made me realise that i cook more than i thought and i can have a good diverse diet when i enjoy the cooking process. anyways, hope this gave you some meal inspo and let me know if you try out some of the recipes i showed!

how old are you? / currently 16

what grade are you in - what do you study? / i’m currently in secondary 5 which is the 11th grade in the us and i’m doing my last year in the IB program! it’s basically a program offered internationally that’s has a bunch of extra requirements like community work, extra projects and language learning.

where are you from - what language are you speaking? / quebec, canada (near montreal), which explains why you might sometimes hear me speak french in my videos
