Shoulder impingement, bursitis, and Rotator Cuff pain are all the result of a lack of space within the shoulder joint. But there’s so much more you can do to improve shoulder pain that just Rotator Cuff exercises! The key to effective shoulder exercises is focusing on the movement and position of your shoulder blade. If your shoulder blade doesn’t move enough, too much movement has to happen in the shoulder socket, causing these impingement-related shoulder issues.
Physical therapy exercises to (i)increase the upward rotation of the shoulder blade, (ii) tilt the scapula into a more upright position, are crucial if you want to fix your shoulder once and for all. Three steps can fix all this though…
