Happy 25th anniversary, Home Movies! Cheers to honoring the legacy of this wittedly offbeat cult classic from the early years of Adult Swim (though it first lasted 5 episodes on UPN, which is how the series premiered in 1999 despite [as] not launching until 2001).

Since plenty of other YouTube channels have uploaded full episodes of the series without getting into any copyright trouble, I've decided to post a semi-rarity: complete airings of the series (sadly minus commercial breaks, except a couple of Adult Swim's signature "snarky white text on a black background" bumpers) from when it returned to Adult Swim in reruns for a brief time in 2016! Hope you like (or can at least tolerate) your Home Movies stretched, because that's how the series is presented here (because this recording of it is from after Adult Swim ditched having an independently-operated standard definition feed preserving 4x3 content in their proper aspect ratio).

Hopefully, eventually someone can dig up a recording of Home Movies from its next brief rerun stint on Adult Swim from 2020 to 2021, since those airings presented the show in 4x3 well before the animation-focused Turner networks all began airing everything 4x3 following Discovery’s takeover of their on-air operations (thanks to the network now using the show’s HD remasters from [HBO] Max, with hardcoded black bars to bypass the Turner stretch filter still in place for Adult Swim at the time).
