Souffle Omelette is such a fun twist on your breakfast eggs. It sounds fancy, but it’s actually just egg yolks and egg whites separated and whipped to a fluffy consistency.

These creamy bacon mushrooms are cooked in the most addicting cream sauce! Serve these low carb mushrooms as a topping for steak or chicken!

2 Eggs (125g) / 2 Œufs (125g)
Sugar 1/2Tbsp / Sucre 1/2Tbsp
Lemon juice 1Tsp / Jus de citron 1Tsp

Avocado oil (or olive oil) / Huile d'avocat (ou huile d'olive)
11 White mushrooms (100g) / 11 Champignons blancs (100g)
Bacon 70g / Bacon 70g
Cooking cream 35% 1/2cup / Crème à cuisson 35% 1/2 tasse
Persley / Persil

Black pepper / Poivre noir
Salt / Sel
