A 2-hour video on foraging that covers some of the best wild foods in the state of Michigan and some basics of plant identification. Please note that this video was intended to be compact rather than comprehensive. A more detailed series of videos is in production. My work in the southwestern United States is far more extensive than my work in Michigan and online at my "Foraging Center" website noted above. I wrote a 1,280-page book on foraging called "The Botany of Survival" and every page of this book is free to read on my website. Many of the species in that book grow throughout the northern hemisphere, so it's worth checking out regardless of where you forage. I hope you enjoy everything, and always forage safe.
