Prior to Glossier, Ali worked at BlackRock in financial institutions account management, corporate strategy and as the chief of staff to the Head of iShares. She is passionate about the little things in life that make the every day better. Ali lives and works in New York City and is inspired by the idea of building a brand through conversations, community, and peer-to-peer referral. She graduated from Stanford University and received her MBA from Harvard Business School.
