For shoppers looking for space, nothing beats a minivan. The 2020 Toyota Sienna offers more cargo space than any other minivan out there, at 150 cubic feet, and it’s the only option that offers all-wheel drive.
Granted, to get that full 150 cubic feet, you’ll need to remove the second-row seats completely; there is no Stow-n-Go option like Chrysler offers on the Pacifica. And if you need all-wheel drive, you’ll have to make due with seating for seven. The 8-passenger Sienna is offered with only front-wheel drive.
Regardless of these details, every Sienna comes with a 3.5-liter V6 engine, making 296 horsepower and 263 pound feet of torque, routed through an 8-speed automatic transmission. It’s a minivan, so don’t expect it to corner like a Porsche, but the Sienna still does a good job plowing through road imperfections.
The Sienna’s infotainment system now supports Apple CarPlay, and the minivan features Toyota Safety Sense P (TSS-P), a suite of advanced safety features that help the vehicle receive 5 out of 5 starts from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).
