Do you have 1 cup of oatmeal and zucchini? Better than pizza!
Recipe:
Zucchini 2 pieces (500 g).
Grate on a coarse grater.
A pinch of salt.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Remove excess moisture from the zucchini.
2 eggs.
Be sure to wash your eggs before using them.
170 ml kefir.
Black pepper.
Italian herbs.
1 cup oatmeal.
1 teaspoon Baking powder.
100 grams of cheese.
Vegetable fat.
Pumpkin seeds.
Fry over low heat for 5-7 minutes on each side.
Grease the plate with vegetable oil.
I make this recipe two ways.
Parsley.
3 tablespoons yogurt or sour cream.
1 clove of garlic.
A pinch of salt.
