Properly trimming a window with steel is important to ensure protection from the elements. In this video, I show you how we have installed and finished window details on our post frame structures which are 99% clad in steel. It is not done the same way as a vinyl sided house or wood sided house. SIDE NOTE: My house wrap is not a vapor barrier...it is not intended to protect my interior from water, strictly an air barrier to reduce the amount of air movement between the walls..... Just wanted to get that out before I get questions about vapor barrier.
