🌻The names of all prayers and their times were all chosen by Allahﷻ

📚 "It was narrated from Jabir bin Abdullah that Jibreel came to the Prophet ﷺ (to teach him the times of prayer) and said: “Rise and pray.”

🌤️ Jibrael went forward, with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ behind him (and the people behind the Messenger of Allah ﷺ) and he prayed Zuhr when the sun had just passed its zenith.

🌇Then he came to him when the shadow of a person was equal to his height, and said:

💫 “Rise and pray!” (and did as he had done before). Jibreel went forward, with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ behind him (and the people behind the Messenger of Allah ﷺ) and he prayed Asr.

🌅Then Jibreel came to him when the sun had set, and said:

💫 “Rise and pray!”
Jibreel went forward, with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ behind him (and the people behind the Messenger of Allah ﷺ) and he prayed Maghrib.

🌃 Jibrael came at the time of Isha and said:

💫 “Rise and pray!”
and he prayed Isha, when the twilight had ended (after sunset).

🌌Then Jibreel came at Fajr and said:

💫 “Rise and pray!” And he prayed Fajr at dawn.

🌤️ Then Jibrael came to him on the second day, when a man's shadow was equal to his height, and did as he had done the day before and he prayed Zuhr.

⛅ Then he came to him when the shadow of a man was twice his height, and did what he had done the day before and prayed Asr.

☁️ Then he came to him when the sun had set and did what he had done the day before and prayed Maghrib. This was the same time (for both days). He did not change it.

🌃Then we slept and got up. Then Jibreel came to him and did what he had done the day before and prayed Isha at midnight or after one third night had passed.

🌌 Then Jibreel came to him when the (the light of) dawn was spread (on the horizon) and the stars were still clear in the sky, and he did the same as he had done the day before, and prayed Fajr.

🕟 Then he said: “The time between these two (times) is the time for (each) prayer.”
✨[An-Nisa’i 514]

🌍 In order to teach our Prophet ﷺ the correct times to offer prayers, Jibrael led the prayers himself for 2 days.

📝 This Hadith shows that the names of all the prayers as well as their times have been decided by Allahﷻ.

🕌 Jibreel led the prayers in their earliest times on the 1st day, while led the prayers in their latest times on the 2nd day.

📚 A man asked the Prophet ﷺ:
🌟 "What deeds are the best?"
💬 The Prophet ﷺ said:
🕋 "To perform the (daily compulsory) prayers at their (early) stated fixed times"
✨[Sahih Bukhari 7534]

💎 This shows that offering Salah in their earliest stated times is a virtuous deed.
