Jan Oosthof, trumpet-teacher at the Amsterdam University of the Arts (and former trumpeter with the Metropole Orchestra) looks back a half year after on his last tour with the orchestra of James Last.

He went on tour with James Last since 2002 and has been playing since the 80’s on his LP’s and CD’s. James Last died on the 9th of June 2015; his last concert was in the Lanxess Arena in Cologne on the 26th of April that year.
