Alabama consumers to bought the Terminix service that promises use of baits and a liquid treatment after February 2014 should know that an arbitrator found the company failed to provide the liquid prevention barrier required for this service. The company was fined $2,000,000 for the “systemic and repeated pattern by Terminix of failing to comply with its contractual and regulatory duties” under this contract. The ruling should establish liability in all cases brought by consumers whose contracts contain the same terms.
