Here's how I swapped the original length DJI O3 air unit camera coaxial cable for the extended one that I purchased from Pyrodrone. This will take it from about 110mm to 170mm length. The little parts are a bit fiddly, and you do need to be gentle with the tiny connectors and parts, but otherwise it's a pretty easy switch.
