In sharing this video, I hope to help others know they’re not alone in their postpartum struggles… marital struggles, body struggles, birth recovery, pelvic floor recovery, breastfeeding struggles, PPA/PPD struggles… it’s all so real and if you feel any of these things, just know that you're not alone, and this is only a season.
