I was thrilled to find a haunting Scottish melody that was created for the movie "Braveheart." This wonderful movie created and starring Mel Gibson was all about the late 13th century Scottish warrior, William Wallace. This brave Scottish hero led the Scots in the first war of independence against King Edward of England. This beautiful melody from the movie is called, "A Gift of the Thistle" by Julian Lloyd Webber, artist - Ronald Lowe.

Sending my love to Scotland and to all the Scottish people who endured so much heartbreak during their war for independence.
