You can prepare keto (low-carbohydrate) buns in a few minutes :)

We need:

160 grams of ground linseed, 30 grams of psyllium or psyllium, 2 large tablespoons of baking powder, 3-4 grams of salt, a handful of sunflower seeds, 2 eggs, 160 ml of warm water.

Execution:
First, combine all the dry products, then add water and eggs. Mix again and set aside for about 10 minutes.
After this time, the dough is thick and sticky, so it is best to oil your hands and you can make balls of the size that suits you.

Bake at 180 degrees (fan air circulation) for 35 to 40 minutes.

After baking, the rolls must cool down.
