In this video I show you how to refund skins and emotes in Fortnite. When it comes to refunding an item in Fortnite then 2 scenarios make you eligible for a refund. The first option is is to cancel your purchase. To be eligible to cancel your purchase and refund you must not have equipped or used the item you’re trying to refund. Additionally, the purchase must have been made within the last 24 hours. This option is great if you’ve just purchased a skin in Fortnite by accident and want to refund your v bucks. Cancelling a purchase in Fortnite allows you to refund a skin without tickets. This means you can refund an item without using one of your refund tickets, or even if you don't have any tickets left. However, you will need to meet the requirements to cancel the purchase.

Additionally, you can also refund skins in Fortnite using a return ticket. In this scenario you can refund a skin or emote even if you have used it. However, the purchase must have been made within the last 30 days. You can only have a maximum of 3 return tickets, meaning you can only return 3 items. However, you will receive a new return ticket every 12 months, provided you don’t already have 3.

You can refund skins and emotes in Fortnite by opening the settings and going to the Account and Privacy settings. Here you will find the Recent Purchases option. Selecting the return or cancel purchase button will take you to a new menu where you can see all of your recently purchased items.
