In this Audi e-tron review we first discover what the etron is and how it differs from the other electric Audis in the range. Granted it is complicated now because e-tron refers to a number of different models, such as the Audi e-tron GT the A3 e-tron and the new Q4 e-tron. (stop saying e-tron!) This is more like an electric Q5. Got it? This model is or was one of the first electric Audi models and thus is just called an e-tron… it is the global electric name for the EV part of their business. More accurately this is the 55 Quattro 265kW e-tron....estate. (look is not complicated, stop complaining).

So what’s the range on the Audi E-tron? Well, we take the car to the city and on long journeys to find out. We charge the car in various ways and calculate how much it costs to charge along with what the equivalent mpg is compared to a petrol car.

Our review of this electric Audi SUV surprised us in a number of ways, firstly how good the Audi e-tron is and secondly how fast the battery lasts on the motorway or freeway. There is also the consideration of temperatures and driving conditions too.
