► I have been a mentee of Mr. Peña for 20 years. Mr. Peña taught me QLA (Quantum Leap Advantage) in 1999. In the 90's I was a populair DJ on national radio and a TV host on Dutch MTV. I became a millionaire at 27. One year after I lost all my money at the stock market (late 1998). Then I met Mr. Peña. Within a year I was back in business, by the QLA principles. A new company was founded and we achieved a 20 million turnover. I have bought and sold businesses and retired at the age of 37.

After a 5 year sabbatical, sailing the world with my yacht, I became a coach to inspire others to live their dreams. I practice what I preach. I've been there, done it all. And now I live my best live on the sunny Island of Ibiza. I sold over 200.000 books (Netherlands only), have 2 million plays on my podcast and over 50.000 people attended our Mastermind Academy online programs and live events.

Michael Pilarczyk (Gdynia, Poland, 1969) is a mindset coach, author, and speaker in the areas of self-development, consciousness, meaning, spiritual growth, and professional success. As an expert in reprogramming mindsets (the way a person thinks), he’s helped many people experience greater enjoyment, peace, success, and happiness in their lives. He knows how to break through self-limiting thought patterns to create room for new insights.
Michael was a popular radio DJ on Dutch station Radio 538 from 1992 to 1999. He was also a VJ on The Music Factory (TMF) and presented TV shows on RTL4 and RTL7. He founded several companies and sold his media business to Telegraaf Media Nederland in 2007. In 2010, he took a forty-month sabbatical to make his life’s dream a reality: he sailed his yacht along all the shores of the Mediterranean Sea. During that time, he wrote the Dutch-language best-seller Dancing in Heaven (Dansen in de hemel, 2014). In 2016, he published a modern Dutch adaptation of Think and Grow Rich (Napoleon Hill, 1937). Michael co-founded Mastermind Academy to share his experience, knowledge, and wisdom.
