Florida has become the latest state to pass a bill allowing chaplains in public schools.

But Gov. Ron DeSantis, and the lobbyist pushing for more chaplains in schools, Rocky Malloy, are falsely claiming that non-Christian groups like Satanists will not be allowed to participate.

They're wrong and lawsuits are inevitable if they go through with it.
