RECIPE:
1 onion.
Olive oil.
Water 50 ml.
Cover with a lid and fry over medium heat.
2 carrots.
Fry over low heat.
1 pepper.
Mix the vegetables well.
2 tomatoes.
Cabbage 240 gr.
Chop finely.
Continue simmering the vegetables over low heat.
1 zucchini.
Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
Tuna 1 can.
Chop with a fork.
Add to vegetables.
Fill with water.
Bring the soup to a boil.
Rye flour 1 cup.
Flaxseed 1 cup.
Barley flour 1 cup.
Oatmeal 1 cup.
Grind in a blender.
Salt.
soda 1/2 teaspoon.
Mix dry ingredients.
Kefir/Greek yogurt 1 cup.
Mix the dough.
Lubricate your hands with olive oil.
Shape the loaves.

Black sesame.
Oatmeal.
White sesame.
Cook in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
Salt.
Black pepper.
2 bay leaves.
